IP Global was invited to develop a national destination branding framework focused on wellness, heritage, and sustainable tourism. We performed a brand audit, interviewed key public-private tourism stakeholders, analysed tourism data trends, and conducted a regional benchmark. Outputs included a brand personality guide, messaging strategy, visual system guidance, and rollout plan.

Final result
